Cookie Policy
This document informs users about the technologies that help Layanika achieve the purposes described below. These technologies allow the owner to access and store information (for example, using cookies) or use resources (for example, running scripts) on the user’s device when they interact with Layanika.
For simplicity, all such technologies are defined as “Trackers” in this document unless there is a reason to differentiate them.
For example, although cookies can be used in both web and mobile browsers, it is not appropriate to refer to cookies in the context of mobile applications because cookies are browser based trackers. Therefore, in this document, the term cookie is used only when specifically referring to that particular type of tracker.
Some purposes for which trackers are used may also require the user’s consent, depending on applicable laws. If consent is provided, it can be withdrawn at any time by following the instructions provided in this document.
Layanika uses trackers managed directly by the Owner (“first-party trackers”) and trackers that enable services provided by third parties (“third-party Trackers”). Unless otherwise specified, third-party providers may access the Trackers that they manage.
The duration and expiry of cookies and similar trackers may vary depending on the settings determined by the owner or the relevant provider. Some trackers expire once the user’s browsing session ends.
In addition to the information specified in each category below, users may find more detailed and updated information regarding the lifespan of trackers and any other relevant information such as the presence of additional trackers in the linked third-party privacy policies or by contacting the owner.
