You can upgrade or cancel your subscription at any time to suit your business needs.

Our subscription based pricing features multiple tiers, available in monthly or yearly payment cycles.

Layanika offers various flexible payment options, such as:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)

  • Bank Transfer

  • QRIS

  • Virtual Account

Every Layanika subscription includes complimentary conversation credits to reply to your customers:

  • Free Plan: Rp 15.000 (up to 500 replies)
  • Growth Plan: Rp 30.000 (up to 500 replies)
  • Pro Plan: Rp 60.000 (up to 2.000 replies)

After exceeding your quota, additional replies are just Rp30 each.

These terms apply to WhatsApp channels only.

Layanika plans include access to the platform and its available features. However, WhatsApp broadcast fees are not included, as they are set directly by Meta (whatsapp) based on the number of conversations or messages sent. 

WhatsApp charges are categorized by marketing, Utility (notifications), Authentication, and Service,each with its own rate. For Marketing messages sent to Indonesian numbers numbers, the cost consists of the Meta base rate plus a platform fee of Rp64 per message.
