Yes, you can use the Free plan at no cost and without a credit card. This plan is ideal for trying basic features before deciding to upgrade.

Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time through your account settings at no additional cost.

You can choose monthly or annual subscription plans based on your business needs.

Layanika supports various payment methods, including:

WhatsApp broadcast messaging fees are not included in any plan. 

All incoming messages on Layanika are free of charge. Outgoing messages in the form of marketing broadcast messages are charged at IDR 650 per message within Indonesia. Broadcast message fees may vary depending on the destination country. For broadcast messages sent outside Indonesia, the applicable charges follow meta’s pricing , with an additional platform fee of IDR 70 per message.

Different levels of support are available with each Layanika package:
