Not yet. The Layanika package price does not include WhatsApp messaging fees. Bulk messages and scheduled messages are charged, while incoming customer messages are free of charge. Fees for bulk and scheduled messages follow Meta’s official rates and include an additional Layanika platform fee of IDR 64.For Indonesia, Meta’s message rate starts from IDR 650. Rates may vary by destination country and may change at any time according to Meta’s official policies.
